Abstract

This study investigates the impacts of housing evaluation in the context of public policies on gender and race in Brazil. Using a bibliographic methodology, data from various reliable sources were analyzed to systematize the housing situation of marginalized populations. The results indicate that public housing policies are essential for the promotion of social justice and equity. It is concluded that a more inclusive and democratic approach is necessary in the formulation of these policies to address the specific needs of gender and race.

Antonio Flavio M. da Costa is a professional with extensive education and experience in the Brazilian public sector. Currently holding a position as an Advisor in a commissioned role, he also serves as an Assistant in another capacity. Antonio is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science at Faculdade Republicana and specializing in Public Administration at Faculdade Cruzeiro do Sul.

With a solid academic background including a degree in Public Management from the Instituto Federal de Brasília (IFB) and a Technical degree in Public Services, Antonio complements his studies with a specialization focused on analyzing "Housing Evaluation Impacts in the Context of Gender and Race Public Policies in Brazil," the subject of his undergraduate dissertation.

Professionally, Antonio has significant experience in various governmental bodies. At Works Construção e Serviços Eireloi, he works as a Technical Analyst, responsible for formalizing, monitoring, and executing voluntary transfers. Previously, at RCS e Tecnologia Ltda, he played a crucial role in Budget, Finance, and Accounting Coordination at the Ministry of Tourism, demonstrating skills in budget control and reporting.

In addition, his career includes contributions to the Instituto Federal de Brasília (IFB), the Municipal Government of Valparaíso de Goiás, and academic experiences as a monitor in technical courses, showcasing his commitment to education and professional development.

Antonio also invests continuously in his development through an extensive list of supplementary courses and certifications, covering areas such as Governmental Planning, Project Management, and Ethics in Public Service, among others.

Outside his professional environment, Antonio has participated in various international experiences, including missions to the World Youth Day in Madrid and technical visits to Russia. His involvement in events such as the 2014 FIFA World Cup and the 2016 Rio Olympics demonstrates his commitment to major international events.

Antonio Flavio M. da Costa is a multifaceted figure, combining deep academic knowledge with diverse practical experiences in public service, always aiming to contribute positively to the development and efficiency of public policies in Brazil.
